Our products are handmade and shipped directly from our Los Angeles studio.

We source only the highest quality ingredients from around the world. The majority of our ingredients are USDA Certified Organic and those that are not officially certified are grown and harvested organically.

We only use ingredients that have been thoroughly studied and proven to be non-irritating to the skin. Our FACE OIL formula has been third-party tested by a dermatologist in a clinical trial and is certified hypoallergenic.

Yes. We are Leaping Bunny Certified and only use plant-based ingredients. We test our products on real people, never on animals.

The shelf life of our FACE OIL is one year from the date it is opened, and our CLEANSING CLAY is three months from the date it is opened. If your products fall outside those windows, the best way to determine if they are still good is to base them on the scent. If the product smells like old cooking oils or has any rancid odor, it has likely expired, and is best not to use on your skin anymore.

We recommend using the FACE OIL on its own; however, you can certainly layer it with other products. If you use it with a moisturizer or sunscreen, apply FACE OIL first, allow it to absorb, then apply your moisturizer or sunscreen. If you use it with a serum, apply the serum first, then the FACE OIL.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday and orders typically ship out within one to three business days.

On occasion, USPS will mark your order as delivered when it reaches your local post office, but before it is actually delivered to you. Please allow up to two business days for the carrier to deliver your order. If you have not received your order after those two business days, please send us an email at info@floramirabilis.com for further assistance.

We ship our products in sturdy packages, but sometimes the carriers can be a bit rough! If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@floramirabilis with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can get it resolved for you.

We do! When you enter your shipping information at checkout, you will see our international shipping options. We are not responsible for any taxes or import duties on your order.

We accept returns within 14 days of the date purchased on applicable items*, just send us an email to info@floramirabilis.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

We offer a subscription program for our Holy Grail Face Oil, Fountain Of Youth Cleansing Clay, and Holy Grail Face Oil Refill Kit. On the product page, you can select the frequency that you would like to receive shipments. We offer 1, 2, and 3 month options.
